Before I jump into twitterfeed, let’s make sure that you all know what twitter is. Twitter is a waste of time a micro-blogging Website that has been around for a while. It enables it’s members to post as much or as little information about the happens of their daily life as they please. Like most Websites now-a-days you also have the ability to befriend others so that you can stay up to date in an almost creepy stalker-like fashion. Whether they are eating pancakes or working on their latest start-up idea you can be the first to know. If used appropriately, twitter can become a business tool to keep your co-workers, clients, or blog readers up to date.
Twitterfeed

Twitterfeed is a BETA service that helps to increase twitter’s usefulness by automatically posting your blog’s article to twitter as soon as you post it. I read about it on Problogger last night, set it up immediately, and saw several visitors come to this site already because of it.
So far so good. Sign up for twitter and twitterfeed today and hopefully you’ll build some additional traffic for your site. If you’re interested in following me, go to my twitter profile and click on follow underneath my name.

Hiya, good info. Twitter is more powerful than people even realize right now. I wrote about it extensively last month and people loved the articles. Every day I get dozens new followers for a darn good reason…
well, 2… 1) I know how to “game” systems for better than ordinary use and 2) I place 2 tweets and a simple invitation right at the top of the blog.
If so many people are twittering and using Entrecard, it only makes sense to serve those people right up front since they are thirsting for more info and connection on those 2 areas.
Everyone else just scrolls down once and are in your articles in no time.
The link up above goes right to my Twitter articles, hope you enjoy and thanks again for the good info.

I have been publishing my blog posts to twitter with a similar WP plugin for several months now.
However, I have not noticed a significant amount of visitors from Twitter… I do get the occasional referal though, which is more than enough for me to keep the plugin active.
